flexis have taken on the responsibility for managing all aspects of a 25 bedroom hotel in the South West, for a 6 month fixed term.
May 2010 – Midlands based Hotel
flexis are working with owners, as well as the hotel's lender and financial advisors, to ensure the creation of a robust operation and overseeing the recruitment of key members of the team to take the business forward.
April 2010 – Cornish Resort Hotel
flexis have been appointed to take on interim responsibility for the marketing planning, strategy and implementation of a new build hotel, spa and self catering business in Cornwall.
March 2010 – West Country Castle
flexis are working with the owners of a luxury Castle property in the West Country, in providing operational support and marketing planning.
November 2009 – Group Marketing Project
flexis is supporting a UK hotel group, with 16 hotels nationally, in providing marketing planning, distribution advice and support in rebranding some of the properties.
September 2009 – Interim Management
